Effective Date: April 19, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at privatelivingprinciples.com (the "Website"), the educational programs, courses, coaching sessions, digital content, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Private Living Principles, ("Private Living Principles," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Website, contacting us, subscribing to our communications, or enrolling in any of our Services, you ("you," "user," or "participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or Services.

1. Important Disclaimer — We Are Not a Law Firm

Private Living Principles is an educational consulting company. We are NOT a law firm. We do not practice law. We do not provide legal advice. We do not establish attorney-client relationships.

All content on the Website, in our courses, coaching sessions, downloadable materials, emails, SMS messages, live sessions, and any other form of communication is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, legal advice.

You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content provided by us without seeking independent legal counsel from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Nothing on this Website or in our Services creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Private Living Principles, its members or affiliates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Website or enrolling in our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. The Services

Private Living Principles offers the following types of educational services:

  • Courses: Self-paced online educational modules covering legal concepts, frameworks, and terminology
  • Coaching: Group and individual coaching sessions focused on legal literacy and educational discussion of general legal concepts
  • Written Materials: Articles, guides, glossaries, worksheets, and other educational content
  • Live Sessions: Q&A sessions, workshops, and webinars, limited to general educational topics

Our coaches and instructors may or may not hold law licenses. Regardless of their individual credentials, no content or interaction provided through our Services constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed through use of our Services.

4. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Content provided through the Services is educational and general in nature
  2. Educational content cannot account for your specific facts, jurisdiction, or circumstances

  4. We will not draft, prepare, or file legal documents on your behalf
  5. We will not represent you in any legal matter
  6. We will not appear in court or any legal proceeding on your behalf
  7. If you need advice on your specific situation, you must consult a licensed attorney in the applicable jurisdiction

If you share specific details about your personal legal situation with us — whether through email, chat, SMS, forms, coaching calls, or any other channel — we may decline to respond to those specific facts and will direct you to seek independent legal counsel.

5. Enrollment, Fees, and Payment

Prices for courses, coaching, and other paid Services are as stated at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in a paid Service, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees. All fees are in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Refunds: Refund eligibility varies by Service and is disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless a specific refund policy is provided at checkout, all sales are final.
